These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FIRE Projection mobile application (the "App") operated by bbmaxwell dev, llc ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is a financial freedom projection tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access our servers or databases beyond normal app usage

The App provides mathematical projections based on the numbers you enter. It is not financial advice. The projections are estimates based on simplified assumptions (5% real returns, monthly compounding) and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of projections or future investment returns.

3. Current Service (V1)

The current version of the App is free. There is no paid tier at this time. Future versions may include premium features at a cost, which will be clearly communicated before any purchase.

4. Early Access Signup

If you provide your email for early access, you consent to receiving a welcome email and future notifications about the app. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including design, code, and copy, is owned by bbmaxwell dev, llc and protected by copyright.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that projections will match real-world outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bbmaxwell dev, llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses based on projections provided by the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
